Compact, low-profile, comfortable

A lot of work went into the shape and volume of the ZEPHYR. It's a compact, low-profile shell that gives you freedom of movement and works well in tight or confined spaces. It combines high impact protection with low weight and good balance.

You get structural strength, comfort that lasts and certified reliability. It resists impacts well and protects against objects falling from above, in one ergonomic helmet that makes everyday work safer.

Outer shellA polycarbonate-ABS blend that balances strength and weight, with high impact absorption and structural stability.

Six-point internal harnessA textile suspension that spreads impact force evenly and keeps balance through sudden movement and bending.

Adaptive fit systemA rear adjustment wheel sets a precise fit around the nape, one-handed, even with gloves on.

CLICK-IN modularityA side attachment system for the PRISM visor (sold separately). On and off with light pressure.

Lens grip pointsShaped to handle the visor easily, improving ergonomics and safety even with gloves on.

Four-point chin strapA chin-cup harness that keeps the helmet correctly positioned at all times. Available as a spare (MD1545).

Integrated headlamp clipA front-shell mount for securely fitting a headlamp.

Textile sweatbandAbsorbs perspiration, reduces friction and helps prevent skin irritation. Available as a spare (MD1544).

Scratch-resistant textureA shell finish that preserves appearance and integrity by reducing visible marks from daily use.

Hearing-protector readyUniversal side slots fit the arms of most ear muffs on the market.
