How to Measure – Men

Height: Stand upright and measure from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet.

Collar width: Place the tape around the base of your neck, leaving it comfortable (not too tight). The circumference in cm is your collar size.

Chest circumference: Measure horizontally around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits and across the shoulder blades.

Waist measurement: Measure where your belt normally sits, keeping the tape measure horizontal.

Front sleeve length: Start at the outside of your upper arm at armpit level, bend your arm slightly and measure down to the wrist.

Inseam length: Measure from the crotch down to the sole of the foot.

All values below are body measurements in centimeters (cm), not garment dimensions.

Tip: Measure over light clothing. If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size for more comfort and freedom of movement.

How to Measure – Women

Instructions and Care

Wash as non-boil colored laundry (cotton/polyester or blends) using the appropriate wash program.
Bleaching is not possible—only use bleach-free detergents (indicated by the crossed-out triangle symbol).
Use gentle drying with reduced temperature and duration when using a tumble dryer.
Iron at a low setting suitable for polyacrylic, polyamide (nylon), or acetate; use a dry interlining or iron from the reverse for shiny/pressure-sensitive articles. Avoid steam ironing when possible.
Do not stretch or pull the trousers while damp.
Dry cleaning is not possible; do not use solvent-based stain removers.
